1. What is the address of the festival?

The festival takes place at Havenpark, Amsterdam.

2. What are the opening hours of the festival?

The festival opens at 12:00 and closes at 23:00. Please note: Doors will close at 20:00.

3. Where can I park my car or leave my bike?

There are designated parking areas for cars near the festival site. You can buy a parking ticket in our shop. Bicycle parking is also available. Please follow the signs and instructions from our staff for parking.

4. Is there an age limit for the festival?

Yes, you must be 18 years or older to attend the festival. Make sure to bring your ID card for age verification at the entrance.

5. Are lockers available at the festival site?

Yes, lockers are available for rent. You can purchase a locker in advance through our ticket shop to store your belongings securely during the festival. You can also buy a locker at the festival.

6. Are there special facilities for people with mobility limitations?

Absolutely. We strive to ensure that everyone can enjoy the festival. If you have specific mobility needs, please submit your request via the following link.

7. Is there a shuttle bus going to the venue?

A shuttle bus runs between Amsterdam Sloterdijk and the festival site. Order your shuttle bus tickets via the official straf_werk shop.

8. Can I bring my prescription medication inside?

Yes, you can bring your prescription medication. Please ensure it is in the original packaging with your name on it. It is also helpful to bring a copy of the prescription or a note from your doctor.

TICKET INFO

1. When will I get my tickets?

This year, we are working with sealed tickets, which means that you will not receive your tickets immediately after ordering. After all tickets have been personalised, you will receive your tickets in the week of the festival. 

2. I have lost my tickets.. what now?

3. Where can I find my tickets to sell on Ticketswap?

In your order confirmation mail, click on 'Manage Order', then click on 'More Actions' and then click on 'Sell On Ticketswap' to sell your ticket. 

4. Can I cancel or change my ticket?

Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. However, you can sell your ticket safely through TicketSwap.
